Would not recommend

First off, this is the card game Dominion, with different card names. Its not "like it", this IS Dominion.

Secondly, nothing about this app is HD. It is designed for the iPhone, and looks terrible on an iPad.

Third, the "campaign mode" is not what you are hoping, and is just very frustrating. It is a series of puzzles devised by slightly changing the rules for a round. There is no progression element or advancement, nor cards to unlock.
